Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days.
During high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic: (U.S.): 5–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can
follow your package’s progress.
Address Accuracy
It is very important to confirm your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete
addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered but is not found, please contact the shipping carrier
directly.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos for verification.
Because we do not accept returns, eligible issues will be handled through our
exchange-only policy.
No Returns — Exchange Only
Calista Flames Candle Company does not accept returns under any circumstances.
We offer exchanges only, and only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong item
Items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition to qualify.
