At Calista Flames Candle Company, we want you to love every candle you bring into
your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request a photo of the issue so we can process your exchange quickly.
- The item must be unburned, and in its original packaging.
- Your exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Request an Exchange
1. Use "Contact Us" page with your order number and the reason.
2. We’ll respond with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.
Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping is free.
Processing Time
Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your
return excluding weekends and holidays.
